“Wake of Life”

“Wake of Life”, this 48”x 60” oil on canvas piece was inspired by the chaos and clarity life has to offer. How just when we find peace something may happen to change that, but it’s in learning to deal with the unexpected events of life that shape us into who we are. Finding happiness through the rough patches and beauty in the chaos. This is why I chose water to symbolize this, since it can be so calm and beautiful yet violent and unpredictable…as is life.
